King’s Hall School

King’s Hall School

Beautiful countryside, excellent sporting and extra curricular facilities and top quality education for all students make King’s Hall a fine choice for any prospective parent.
Situated only a couple of minutes drive from Taunton in 50 acres of land, King’s Hall’s principles are traditional and joins 39 other members in the Woodland Schools, a group whose values are based on the Church of England. Admitting boys and girls from 2-13, this pre-Prep and prep school offers a wide range of sports and activities from the more traditional like netball and rugby to sports such as abseiling which the children might not have had the opportunity to do elsewhere (and won’t do at many other schools). King’s College, another school in our guide, works closely with King’s Hall with the vast majority of students moving on there at age 13 with other students choosing to continue their studies at names such as Eton, Milfield, Radley and Cheltenham Ladies College. The school offers full, weekly and flexi boarding for children aged 8+.
